Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the site catering team directly. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the site catering team, and confirmation will be provided based on feasibility and timing.
For orders paid by credit card, once a cancellation has been approved and processed, the applicable refund will be credited directly to the original credit card used for the transaction.
